Environmental Issues & News
All of us on this planet need to be more responsible for our
actions! Let us all figure out ways to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions,
Reduce Pollution, Reduce Global Warming, Conserve Energy, and Conserve Water, as
well as, all natural resources. One person can make a difference. We can
come together as a community, state, nation and global partner to create a
positive change for humanity.
All of us need to become involved in the process of demanding
change from our elected officials (Local, State & Federal), as it relates to
issues of Global Warming and Conservation. All of us need to study and
research issues related to renewable energy and green technologies. All of
us should demand that our elected officials pass legislation that will create a
better and cleaner world for us all, as well as, for future generations.
We have tremendous renewable resources that are available to
all of mankind that are non-polluting and sustainable. We need to be using
Wind Power, Solar Power, Geothermal/Geoexchange Technologies, Biomass Energy,
Other Advanced Technologies, as well as, Alternative Fuels. We have proven
conservation systems that should be deployed worldwide, such as water
reclamation and greywater systems. Our elected officials need to be
informed and forced to pass legislation or create incentives that will open up
these markets, not only to large entities, but to the general public as well.
We need to have more schools and colleges teaching curriculums on Sustainable
Building Design, Renewable Energy and Conservation development programs.
We have the tools necessary to make major and significant
changes to our plant and our global economy. Thousands of new jobs could
be created with these new technologies. We all benefit by thinking
"Green". We have a
global problem... let us all do something about it. If you have additional
comments or thoughts that you would like to share, please contact us via our
contact page.
Kind Regards,

What
is Global Warming
Glaciers are melting, sea levels are rising, cloud forests are drying, and
wildlife is scrambling to keep pace. It's becoming clear that humans have caused
most of the past century's warming by releasing heat-trapping gases as we power
our modern lives. Called greenhouse gases, their levels are higher now than in
the last 650,000 years.
